What the actual hell is SML/SMLWiki?

SuperMarioLogan is a puppet show & YouTube series in the genres of sketch comedy, black comedy, satirization and drama. SMLWiki (SML Wiki, smlwiki.com) is macabre spoof of SuperMarioLogan made by me (no relation).

When and why was SMLWiki created?

while working on a YouTube Poop in 2023, i needed a fake domain for a gag and picked "smlwiki.com" because it was quippy and available for cheap. i was originally going to have it redirect to that youtube video but decided that would be lame, so spent 2 weeks making "the first update" of SMLWiki. the satirical/parody creepypasta aesthetic was chosen to match the YTP.

Have you encountered legal (copyright) issues hosting SMLWiki?

the crew are familiar with it, and the site is still up, so extrapolate from that what you will. i'm sure this would qualify as a parody anyway, especially considering the structure, code, and interactivity … the music/sounds i made and the amount of assets painted by hand
